We want you to love your experience with Subliskin. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

🔄 Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. If the product has been opened or used, we unfortunately cannot accept a return unless it was damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your order was eligible for free shipping, we may deduct standard shipping charges from your refund

  • We do not offer refunds for delayed shipping once the item has been dispatched

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund—your choice.

  • Used/opened skincare products

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

  • Final sale or clearance items

🌍 International Orders

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
